An illusion in the middle of the city

A temporary art installation of a PYRAMIDE with nocturnal lighting:
An agora for events, ballet, theater etc.....

THE PYRAMID'S JOURNEY

A pyramid in the public space on a ground surface of 180 x 180 m with a height of 110 m, as a place for performances and debates about restitution of colonial art, colonialism, and the meaning and function of public space.

A location with a special and magical fascination in the summer months, illuminated in the evening in the silence of the night, in an atmosphere of contemplation.

The pyramid as a piece of art will be installed in different cities:

Hanover on the Maschsee, Paris on the Place de la Concorde, in the Bay of Algiers, in Timbuktu in Mali, in Abu Dhabi near the Louvre, in Venice at the Arsenale, in London, in Kassel at the documenta, in New York near the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, in Tokyo and finally in Berlin at the Tempelhofer Feld.
