Memorial Brick Factory, Sachsenhausen

Who does not know the history of the place, hardly anticipates that in this place the brick factory was located, which belonged to the concentration camp Sachsenhausen and in which thousands were murdered by the terror of the National Socialists.

The concept wants to make visible the historical tracks. Relics and existing elements were included and accentuated.

Steel walls are installed before the quay wall where earlier the barges which had to be loaded by the prisoners started and were moored.
